AmeriCorps VISTA members are now busy working in many of the summer programs here in New Orleans. This important project was made possible through our work with Lieutenant Governor Mitch Landrieu, US Attorney Jim Letten, Chairman Don Powell, the Corporation for National and Community Service, and New Orleans summer program providers.
