The 10 for 2010 Campaign is designed to create opportunities for YOUTH with specific policy recommendations in city government that establishes a VISION that all young people will be supported and have access to learning, developmental, recreational, and career opportunities that keep them on track for a healthy childhood, a successful adolescence and a bright future.
